Post Implementation Support Program
For our EnDemand Premium customers, the support for the technology implementation is a given: the solution is delivered under a specific service level agreement to defined service levels and standards.
For customers without a managed services agreement, once any implementation is complete and operational turnover has occurred, the support is most often left in the hands of the internal IT organization. In addition to the myriad of internal projects and support requirements, the internal IT organization must now manage a new technology implementation, often times without the operational or technical experience, training, and without a point of escalation. It is a given that the environment will experience change. Whether invoked through reactive or planned proactive change management or through external attack. These changes more often than not, necessitate the need for outside support, troubleshooting, and remediation.
We have developed a Post Implementation and Support Program in order to support clients after production turn-over or completion of the scope of a project by the Ensynch professional services organization. The Post Implementation Support Program includes several flexible offerings for support which are outlined in this agreement. This provides our clients a range of dependable and predictable choices from basic problem resolution to proactive remote and onsite support.
