The latest Microsoft collaboration technologies help to keep us together. We have monthly team calls for all co-workers, and the meetings serve as open forums with our leadership team. Our business units and solution practices take turns leading "MoJo Mondays" and other "Lunch and Learn" style sales training web meetings. "One" is even the name of our virtual home and internal business collaboration platform.
